"Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." - Semisonic
It's funny that a little over two years ago, I was just beginning my grad school career. Now come December, barring a misstep on my part, it will be all over.
In case you haven't guessed by now, someone in a position of authority was able to help me out and I wound up getting into all of the classes I wanted and needed to graduate. Come to find out, my new advisor is the Associate Director of the MBA Program. Funny how that worked out. [RAW Flashback: This is the same woman who's office I randomly walked into three and a half years ago...]
So yeah, after I get these four classes under my belt, I'm all done. I'm all types of excited, but at the same time I'm a little nervous. I haven't taken a full-time load of classes, let alone classes on campus, in about four years. With that come a multitude of changes, from having to deal with campus rules and regulations, to quickly rebuilding a network of associates to call upon for help, to understanding the professors. The latter concern shouldn't be an issue as the same professors who teach the classes at Clemson's Executive MBA program in Greenville are the same ones who teach on campus, but I have a strong feeling that the EMBA students get more "breaks" than the full-time students. Methinks that I'm going to have to put a little more work into my studies than I have been...
But all concerns aside, I'm sure everything will work out. Considering all of the other random ups and downs I've dealt with over the past three years, having to worry about only classes and nothing else should be a piece of cake.

Something really random? Like work in a meat plant again? Umm...maybe not.
